Valdese Merchants Association sponsored monthly yard sales held in the Wachovia/Town parking lot the first Saturday of each month.

"Scrapping at the Rock. The Town of Valdese is hosting their “Scrappin at the Rock." This scrappin' retreat will be filled with many vendors, great ideas, and a huge crop room so you can crop till you drop! One day crop event also available in February, June and August.
May 7th - August 27th, 2010
Family Friday Night Series in Downtown Valdese Wachovia Parking Lot 7:00pm. Free Entertainment and Classic Car Cruise In.
May 28th – 29th, 2010
Valdese Trail of Faith Founders Weekend Celebration. This event will include Civil War Re-enactment, Bluegrass and Gospel music, fireworks and plenty of food!
