The 654th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the American Legion located on Church Street. This event is for children 10 and under and participants must bring their own basket.

Family Friday Night Outdoor Concert Series in Downtown Valdese Wells Fargo Parking Lot 7:00pm. Free Entertainment and Classic Car Cruise In.

Valdese Leos Club will hold a walkathon to raise money for their organization. Food and live entertainment.

The Valdese Farmers Market is located on Faet Street and sets up every Wednesday from 8am until noon and Fridays from 2pm until 5:00pm. For further information call 828-879-2129.

Valdese Trail of Faith Founders Weekend Celebration. This event will include Civil War Re-enactment, Bluegrass and Gospel music and plenty of food!

Kick-off on Friday night with live music & classic car cruise-in
Saturday 9am until 9pm live entertainment throughout the day, over 150 art/food/craft vendors, children's rides & extended hours for all local attractions as well as local merchants.

Valdese Merchants presents "Treats in the Streets." Candy provided by local merchants from 3pm – until 5pm. Costume judging immediately following at the stage area in Wells Fargo Parking lot.

Christmas in November Craft & Gift Show sponsored by the Historic Valdese Foundation located in the Old Rock School. Over 30 handmade craft vendors will display and sell their product during this one day event.
