The Valdese Community Affairs Office offers tours of each rental space by appointment. Dates are not held without a deposit. The full balance is due 10 days prior to the event and deposits are non-refundable. We will be happy to meet with you for a tour of the venue and help plan your event to ensure it's a great success!

Rental dates are not guaranteed until the application is completed and reviewed by staff and deposit must be paid in full. Dates will not be held under any circumstances.

The 478-seat auditorium is newly renovated offering enhanced acoustics, premium finishes, and upgraded lighting system. The front lobby welcomes event attendees with a large area for gathering for concessions or photo opportunities. Events such as pageants, award celebrations, seminars, conferences, theatre productions, and music events find the venue's size welcoming and accommodating.
